If you receive products that are defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact Service.Customer@summit-es.com to obtain a Return Goods Authorization number. The use of this site constitutes your agreement to all policies stated herein.

Please note the following:

• Inspect all items immediately upon receipt.
• A Return Goods Authorization number must be requested within 5 working days of delivery.
• No returned items will be accepted without a Return Goods Authorization number.
• Items must be returned within 10 working days of the issuance of a Return Goods Authorization number.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging and in the condition in which they were received.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping charges, which may or may not be refunded depending upon the reason for return.
• A $10.00 fee will be issued for any package that is refused or returned to sender.
• Upon receipt of the returned merchandise a refund, replacement, or credit (less applicable shipping, handling and restocking fees) will be issued at the discretion of OVERSTOCKEDhardware.com.
• A restocking fee of 25% may be assessed depending upon the reason for return.
• If a replacement is issued, it will be shipped promptly once all conditions are met and billing issues are resolved.
• If any return conditions are not met, OVERSTOCKEDhardware.com retains the right to refuse to accept a return.
